Return & Exchange Policy

Defective Package – If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Please do apply for return using the link Return. Refund will be issued to you with no additional cost

Defective Product – If you receive any defective product, do raise a return immediately using this link Return. Please do upload snapshot of the defect. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost

Timeline for Refund. Request – Exchange/Refund request should be raised within 7 days of receiving the product (Including the delivery day). Any request beyond this time period will not be accepted

Approval – Once the request is processed, you will receive an approval mail from us within 2 working days

Time of Pick up – The product will be picked within 2-3 working days from the date of approval. In case we do not have pick up service available at customer’s location, customer has to self-ship the product. 

Product Condition – The items should be unused and unwashed 

Packaging – The product should have the original packaging along with the cloth bag and invoice

Tracking of Returning Package – You can track the package in transit with the tracking link sent via mail. You will be notified by us, once we receive your shipment

Quality Check – Once we have received the products a quality check will be done by our team

Once the quality check is through, we will provide you he value of the returned product paid at the time of placing an order.
